The procedural quality is finished by subsidiary corporations' management system individually, and the system includes quality management department, technical department and engineering department.

During the procedural management, the company improves product stability by enhancing the working quality as Quality Management System requires. The testing center of Asian Bearing is located in Yuyao production base, and specialized in anti-friction bearing’ s testing activity. It has relative independence in testing activity.

The center owns a professional detection and testing team with high-comprehensive quality, and it also has high-performance precision instruments and bearing-dedicated testing machine, which can test bearing and its parts according to national standard, industrial standard and international standard. It can also do testing and analysis according to customers1 demands.

The testing center has measuring room, checkout room and laboratory. The equipped instruments include: length measuring device, surface coarseness profiling instrument, roundness measurement, image type precision surveying instrument, metallographical analysis meter, optical microscope, Lo & DI sclerometer, bearing vibration tester （acceleration and velocity）, bearing radial internal clearance gauge, and bearing fatigue life tester.
